Swedish Pancakes

Swedish Pancakes

Mix in a blender:

2 c. milk

3 eggs

3 Tbsp melted butter

1 1/2 c. flour

2 Tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

Pour small amount of batter onto hot, buttered griddle to make a thin pancake like crepes. When lightly browned on under side and yellowish on top flip over and lightly brown on the other side. Serve immediately with jam, jelly, powdered sugar, syrup, cream cheese or any other topping desired.
