Fruit Glaze

This glaze goes wonderfully with the Swedish Pancakes!

2 c. of any kind of berries or peaches

1/2 c. water

1/2 to 1 c. sugar

1 Tablespoon cornstarch

In a sauce pan, place berries, sugar and water.  Bring to a boil, lower heat to a simmer and put on lid to cook the fruit.  When soft mash, put 1/8 c. of cold water in a cup and add 1 Tbsp. cornstarch.  Mix.  Pour into boiling mixture, stirring the whole time, until it thicken.  It is important you do not stop stirring!  Remove from heat and enjoy on Swedish pancakes, pancakes or waffles.
