LYPBB Challenge Day Two: No Complaining

Today’s challenge is by far one of the most difficult for me.

How is everyone feeling after yesterday’s challenge? I gotta admit, it was great to thank my body and think of all the amazing things I’ve done with my life. Thanking my body brought back countless wonderful memories. Now, on to day two.

Today’s challenge is no complaining about your body. I believe this is especially difficult for me because I am my worst critic. Even though I know perfection is impossible, I try so hard to get there. I expect to

no complaining
No complaining! Remember: You are perfect the way you are!

have the perfect kids, perfect house, perfect body, when in reality perfection is not real. It’s a little bit like beauty: in the eye of the beholder. I know my husband thinks I’m perfect, and I think he’s perfect, but individually I know we don’t feel that way about ourselves.

So today, there will be absolutely no complaining about all the changes within my body post-baby. No complaining about stretch marks, gray hairs, extra weight, or wide hips.

I challenge you to do the same. Focus on all the things you love about yourself instead. And remember, no complaining.

You ARE perfect just the way you are!
