Folded Burritos 

In our home this is how burritos are made. I know, I know it’s not a real burrito, but these are how ours are made. 

1 lb ground beef

2 TSP taco seasoning 

1 cup rice

1/2 cup salsa

1 small can retried beans or black beans

1 c. Cheese

Extra large tortillas (make sure they are the biggest ones possible or this recipe won’t work)

4-6 tostadas, one for each burrito you want to make 

  
In a large skillet brown your ground beef, add the taco seasoning while browning. After browned, place on a plate with a paper towel on the bottom. 

Make your rice (this is a great way to use any left over rice you may have) add the salsa to the rice. 

  
Warm your refried or black beans

On your extra large tortilla layer your refried beans, rice, ground beef, tostada and cheese. 

  
Fold the tortilla around the tostada and place on the frying pan you used to brown the ground beef. Turn heat to medium. Bake your burrito until lightly browned on both sides. 

  

   
 Top your burrito with sour cream, tomatoes and anything else the sounds delicious. 

Then, stuff yo’ face!!
